Homemade Peanut Butter

Tee's Homemade Peanut Butter
De-skin peanut(700g) + few tablespoons extra virgin oil/peanut oil + cane sugar(optional).

Direction:
1. Pan frying de-skin peanuts until gloden brown/fragrance.
2. Put all the peanuts, few tablespoons of extra virgin oil/peanut oil, cane sugar into food processor, blend till mixture fine and smooth.
3. Store in glass container and put in the fridge.

Tips:
For chunky peanut butter, use half of the peanuts, just blend few seconds to create chunks and add into your final mixture. For this amount of peanut, i can make into 2 medium bottles. Due to my small blender, i have divided into 3 portions to blend, each portion i put in 1 tablespoon oil and sugar. Don't put too much oil at the beginning, after blending if you find the mixture is too dry only add in more. Enjoy!

Clinathanus Sabah Snake Grass 优顿草

I would like to share this medicinal herb, is called Clinacanthus nutans (burm.t.) Lindau / Pokok Mulut Buaya / Belalai Gajah / Dandang Gendis / Yu Xun Cao 优顿草 / E Zui Hua -鳄嘴花 / Sabah Snake plant 沙巴蛇草.

This herb is well known as an anti snake and scorpion venom among the traditional healers in Thailand and for the treatment of herpes simplex virus.

It is also believed to have excellent anti-inflammatory activity which makes it a good natural product for the relief of skin inflammation and for the treatment of uric acid, gout, skin eczema, psoriasis, shingles and scabies.

Detoxification
One green apple + Sabah Snake Grass leaves(
80-150 ) + Half lemon juice + 1 glass water
Blend all the ingredients and drink immediately preferably before breakfast

The dried leaves of this herb in powdered form is an excellent treatment for throat inflammation and coughing. Alternatively, a concoction of Clinacantus nutans with red dates or Clinacantus nutans with black soy bean is just as effective.
