There are few types of coffee beans:
Kona
- Normally grows in Hawaii.
- Powerful aroma
- Rarely blended with other kinds of drink flavorings.
Robusta
- It is easier to grow as it has a very high resistance to weather and disease
- It is a lot cheaper compared to Arabica and Kona.
- Less body, Lower grades
- Bitter and containing higher caffeine
- Astringent flavorings
Arabica
- Arabica plants are very vulnerable to pests, disease and frost
- Beans carry extra premium & more expensive
- Very delicate flavor
